World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade

Items can be upgraded at any item upgrader NPC in the game. In general NPCs can be found in major cities or questing spots. You can also find item-upgraders in dungeons that feature high-level bosses, and speaking to NPCs at the garrisons of your faction.
The upgrade system for items in World of Warcraft provides players with the ability to upgrade the level of armor, weapons and trinkets. The process is similar to the process of reforging gear in Mists of Pandaria and Warlords of Draenor, but instead of using the appropriate currency players must visit an NPC for upgrading items to complete the process.

However, it could be a waste of time.
Requirements

The rerolled item will also have different requirements for strength and dexterity. It is important to remember that the item rerolled does not have its original level or any wasted resource.
Some upgraded items are only able to be rerolled only if the original item was Unique, Rare or Epic. Extraordinary items can also be eligible for rerolling, but their original stats will be replaced by a flat bonus. This means that rerolling a Rare item will result in a normal version of the same type, whereas rerolling an Epic item will result in an elite version of the same type.
A newly upgraded item could come with additional modifiers, which can increase the stats of the item and boost its performance. These additional modifiers don't come with the upgrade price. You can purchase them at the Trading Post, or through other players. They can be earned through doing specific missions within the game.
To upgrade an item of equipment, you must visit the NPC [Armoror Boboko located in Central Flarine. You will require Power Dices depending on the item. (Dice 6 are dropped by monsters 21+, Giants and Bosses; Dice 12 from Bosses). You will also require different amounts of Minerals, Erons and Giants.
Time is an important factor.

Upgrade components can be inserted into trinkets, armor, and weapons in order to gain an attribute bonus, or to create a unique effect while the equipment is being worn. Some upgrade components have additional cosmetic effects. Players can acquire upgrade items by crafting, buying from vendors, or at the Trading Post, looting, or as rewards. Additionally, players can recover upgraded items by using an Upgrade Extractor, or salvaging them with a high-tier salvage kit. Glyphs that are positioned on gathering tools are able to be swapped.
By selecting the item and pressing the green button that has a rerolling arrow players can roll it into an upgradeable item. This will change the layout of the
item Upgrader kit's window and allow players to select up to six items to "recycle". The item that is recycled will be exchanged with an item at level 1 similar to it. Rerolled items will not retain their status, nor will the resources used to upgrade it.
