What is Pragmatism?
People who are pragmatic prefer solutions and actions that are likely to be effective in the real world. They don't get caught up in theorizing about ideals that may not be practical in the real world.
This article focuses on the three methodological principles for practical inquiry. It also offers two project examples that focus on the organizational processes in non-governmental organizations. It suggests that pragmatic approach is an effective research paradigm to study these dynamic processes.
