Transparent device that can evolve certain Pokemon species. It was developed by Silph Co.
The item upgrader adds an additional widget at the top of both the Angel and Cash Upgrade Windows. The Manager is priced at 33 billion Angel Investors and offers no benefits to gameplay other than making it easier to see and purchase upgrades.
Boosters
There are many boosts available with an item upgrader. They can include a range of stats, as well as numerous bonuses. These bonuses can be used on armor, weapons, and trinkets. They can be used to boost the capabilities of a character, or add a new element of variety to their build.
The upgrade system in World of Warcraft allows players to upgrade the quality of their gear by paying currency at an item upgrader NPC. The system was introduced in Mists of Pandaria and was extended with the release of Warlords of Draenor. It's a convenient method to raise the level of your equipment, letting you to avoid the tedious grind and avoid the countless wipes in Mythic+ Dungeons.
When an item is upgraded the type of
item upgrade it is upgraded to. Upgrades to a normal item produce an Exceptional version, whereas upgrades to an Exceptional model create an Elite. The item will keep all of its pre-upgrade statistics however, it will also receive an additional bonus from its new base type. The bonus will be randomly selected from the following options: a chance to obtain a weapon with an increased damage range and a chance to gain an improved reload speed, or the chance to obtain an improved defense roll.
The amount of extras that you gain when upgrading depends on the amount of upgrades done. Each upgrade will increase the number of extras by a maximum of 3 points. Each upgrade will also boost the main stats by +1.
Certain upgrades also give a secondary random boost in addition to stat enhancements. These boosts can be very valuable and should be considered when deciding on which items to upgrade. Some boosts are beneficial in certain builds (such as Whistan's shield in FB sorcs) while others can bring a great deal of value to specific collectors.
Some items have a built-in boos which is less useful when upgraded. For instance the Goldwrap has an extra potion slot. These are usually upgraded to inject more value into an item that is perfect or close to being perfect.
Costs
Upgrades come with a few associated costs. The first cost is the upgrade itself. The cost is based on the item's new ilvl and the amount of perks it gains and is often expensive. It is also costly to upgrade an item to a higher tier (such as Explorer > Champion or Veteran > Heroic).
The other is the cost of the materials needed to upgrade. The items used for upgrades are usually either Power Dices (dropped by monsters 21+) or Minerals and Erons (obtainable by completing specific Mists of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor quests). The amount of these materials required can be seen in the inventory of an upgrade vendor.
The process of upgrading an item is complicated and requires time. It can take up to 8 hours, depending on the magnitude of the upgrade. The stats that are the base of the upgraded item are calculated based upon its new ilvl and other characteristics. This calculation determines new Armor Class bonuses, damage dice, as well as other important stats. In some instances upgrades can provide additional perks. These perks are listed on a list.
In rare instances the upgrade will replace only the highest-costing bonuses. Sometimes, the upgrader will make other modifications to an item, such as changing its weapon damage type or adding or removing an unwieldy or operational property. These changes are based on an item's ilvl, and may require special materials, like the adamantine.
Success Rate
Item upgrades are based on the chance of success, and as with every random system, there's the possibility that the upgrade won't succeed. There are a number of methods to increase your odds of success. These include the use of an item called an Upgrade Pity or the addition of extra items to the upgrade.
The Upgrade Pity can be bought from the NPC for smithing in Lost Ark. It increases the chance of an upgrade being successful by some percentage. It is similar to the "luck bonus" that some items offer, but it is more secure. It can be added to any weapons or armor and can be used three times.
You can also add other materials to the upgrade to increase the chances of success. These materials are displayed in a window above the + button. However, there are limitations to this, and the largest amount of material that can be added is shown just above the + button in the user interface.
A Blacksmith Blessing or an upgraded version of it, can be used to boost the odds of a successful upgrade. This item can be helpful if your weapon or piece is near or has reached the highest level of its level. This

Kafra has a number of items that can be used to increase the chance of an upgrade being successful. You can increase your chances of success by upgrading your equipment multiple times with HD Oridecon and HD Elunium. In the same way, increasing the likelihood to receive a Double Mint from Shoe-Minting a maximum of five times will improve the chances of success.
Failure Rate
The
item upgrader allows the player to add a second card slot to their equipment. These slots can be utilized to upgrade an item or apply an enchantment. It is important to remember that not all items can be upgraded. The rank of an item determines the rate at which it can be upgraded and transformed. The higher the rank of the item, the more Zeny and items are required to upgrade it.
This system is costly especially if you're looking for top-quality gear. It can cost between 100,000 z and 100 Carnium to upgrade a weapon or armor. As you advance in rank, the chances of success diminish. However, you can use cash shop items to increase the chances of upgrading an item effectively.
Normal Upgrade is the most basic upgrade that can be performed on armor pieces, weapons and bicycles. It requires different grades of core depending on the kind of item. In general, lower quality items require lower-cost cores whereas higher grade items require higher-end ones.
You must have the correct number of cores in order to do a normal upgrade. Click the button next the item you wish to upgrade once you have the cores. The upgrade window will show a percentage indicator of your chances of success. This percentage is determined by the upgrade level of the
item upgrading as well as the core kind you have selected.
You can also opt for a safeguard that will protect your item in the event of a failure. The cost of this protection will differ but will always be less than the cost of purchasing a new item. The protection is only valid one time per upgrade and will last until it is used again.
The interface for the item upgrader could be somewhat confusing, but it is not difficult to navigate. The main menu appears on the left side and the upgrade window is on the right. The arrows on the left of the UI depict the various stages of the upgrade process. If you're not sure what you're doing, hit the question mark to get help. The upgrade could take five minutes.
