World of Warcraft Item Upgrades

Item upgrades are a key aspect of preparing your character. Upgrades boost the base damage and the enchantments of items.

They also offer bonus effects and enhancements. They can be acquired through the Blacksmith.

Players can recycle any item by pressing the upgrade button on it. Each item recycled adds a level to the gauge for upgrading.

Weapons

When a weapon gets upgraded, it will gain a base damage bonus, as well as an adjustment factor that affects other stats. Some upgrade components have cosmetic effects, while others offer additional attributes. These upgrades can be put into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools. Most require the equipment to have an available upgrade slot and meet certain specifications. When a weapon or armor piece features an upgrade component within it, the item can be upgraded however the previous upgrade will be destroyed (except for legendary equipment and upgrades). A weapon can also be upgraded to include a calibration attribute that boosts certain stats, like Weakspot damage or Crit Rate. This is done via the Gear Workbench's interaction menu. This can be done four times depending on the weapon's level.

Once the weapon is at the maximum level of upgrade, it may be reforged using a variety of different types of upgrades to increase certain stats or add bonuses and effects. Several of these upgrades can be re-applied at once, and the effects differ based on the nature of the weapon.

There are two Blacksmiths in the game who can perform these upgrades: Blacksmith Hewg in the Church of Elleh hub area, and Smithing Master Iji on the Road to the Manor Site of Grace. The upgrade materials are both different: Smithing Stones to modify the kind of damage a weapon deals and Somber Smithing Stones to modify the standard weapons.

In general, it's Best item upgrade to increase the damage of your weapon first. Then you can increase your armor defense, and then, the secondary stats that are required by your build. In particular, it's common to see melee druids upgrading their weapon before any other gear, because it will increase DPS. This is particularly applicable to enchantments, which can be very efficient in increasing a weapon's damage and other stats.

Armor

Item Upgrades let players enhance the effectiveness of specific weapons, armors trinkets and gathering tools. Item Upgrades are available by crafting, purchasing from NPC vendors, or in loot drops or as rewards from quests.

The armor can be upgraded by visiting the Armorer NPC, and spending the appropriate currency. In most cases, a piece of armor will be upgraded to the next tier once an upgrade is applied. This can be done for most types of armor, however certain items are not upgradeable in any way (such as the armor used to start in Great Sky Island).

The majority of armor upgrades boost the strength or defense of an Best item upgrader by just a little. However, some upgrade components can offer significant increases to defense or strength, particularly when upgrading an item that is epic.

In addition to increasing the defense of an item, certain upgrades also give special abilities that can be activated while wearing a piece of armor. This makes them beneficial for certain types of builds. Additionally, there are ways to improve armor stats beyond the use of upgradeable armor such as the engineer trait that increases armor penetration or the challenger trait that reduces the weight of the entire armor.

Potion

By placing a potion on a stand for brewing, you can unlock new effects. The upgrade unlocks a new level of effects from the potion and is able to be repeated to increase the potency.

The potion also gets a custom color code, that the player can pick by using /give. This alters the area-of-effect clouds and arrows created by the potions. In Bedrock Edition, the custom color code of the potion is also applied to the potions' particle effects.

The water bottle, the mundane and thick potions and awkward potions now have a new the texture of brewing. The potion of weakness was added to the healing potion to the Creative inventory. Added lingering potions that can be made with splash potions or dragon breath, and a thick potion with the status effect Mining Fatigue (duration 4:45). Trinket

A trinket is a small, inexpensive ornament or piece of jewelry. It could be a ring or necklace. Or, it could be a tiny banner that marks the yard of a lateen boat. It could also refer to the trinket with gilded gold that is fixed to the mast of a boat.

This bizarre trinket appears to be influencing the residents of this maze, making them more common. The trinket, at present, makes all types Xx of replicas more popular and gives every floor an A% chance that it will contain an ebony replica. This trinket costs a moderate amount of energy to upgrade.

This enchanted Scepter's magic seems to affect the dungeon and increase the likelihood of producing water and grass. This trinket at the current level will cause X% of regular floors to be filled with grass or water. It does not affect enchantments, glyphs, cursed armor or weapons, or other items that are created to aid in the elimination of danger rooms.

Although it appears to be the normal eye of a newt this mystical Best item upgrade seems to affect your vision in ways that go beyond just reducing your field view. This trinket, at its current level, increases the health gained by drinking potions of healing and wells of life by X% and grants mind sight on enemies within the Y tile. This trinket cannot be combined with the Increased Senses.

Skull Cavern is where you will find Trinkets after you've completed the Mastery Cave. You will find them when you defeat Monsters and in chests and crates. They aren't found in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.

Place the trinket in the Anvil when it needs to be upgraded. This will have an effect on the trinket which is random, either increasing or strengthening its effects. You can reorge the Trinket for as many times as you want, though it will always have an impact that is different from the one that it had when you forged it.

You can also upgrade your Trinkets by placing them in a magical catalyst at the Alchemy Station. This will cost you 6 energy and increase the power of the trinket by just a little.
